Currently, we only ship to the countries listed on our website. However, we are always looking to expand our reach. Please contact us if you are interested in our products and we will do our best to inquire about shipping options and let you know if we can accommodate your request.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of these products, there are no returns or exchanges.

In addition, due to the contagious nature of the equine disease EHV 1 and in accordance with the biosecurity measure guidelines suggested by the American Association of Equine Practitioners, we are not able to accept returns on bits.

It is important to note that due to
the nature of hand made products, it is possible that mouthpiece measurements may vary slightly.

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically range from 6-14 business days.

After each use clean the bit thoroughly with warm water and mild soap to remove any dirt, sweat, or debris. We recommend using a microfiber cloth. Pay particular attention to any joints, crevices, or creases in the bit where dirt and debris may accumulate.
